I just received my orders and instantly I noticed the wheels. Initially I thought maybe it just one luggage but when I opened the other box, I noticed the same issue, Never would’ve thought Macy’s would resell used luggage to customers. Totally disappoint because I leave in a few days for my trip and I have to return them.

I really like the adjustable handle and all the inside accessories. The color is great because I can identify my suitcase. It also matches the other pieces that I own.

Avoid this model. Not built for durability.
Structure got bent first trip. Our last Samsonite product lasted 15 years. When I contacted Samsonite after the trip was told "too bad" and that warranty doesn't cover airline damage. We have had nothing but Samsonite products over the years. Pretty unfortunate.

So far so good
I purchased this bag just 2 days before my trip. I was praying that it would meet all the requirements. So far it did. It is very sturdy, roomy with a very deep interior and deep pockets. It handled very well and I had no issues maneuvering through the very crowded airports. The adjustable handle has a comfortable cushion. They only problem I have is that it did not come with the repair zipper and the retractable name tag. I have reached out to customer service on this matter. I will update this review after if needed after my next trip but so far it's a good buy.
