Do not buy from this company

I bought a silver chain for my grandson and after he wore for a month and a half the link opens up and it broke. I tried to return to Macys, but they said they weren’t responsible. I had to go through this third-party company. I sent two emails to the company. They never got back to me. I then found their phone number where they are located in Brooklyn and called for several days and they never picked up. I then called Macys back and they said they weren’t responsible. Be careful when you’re buying from a third-party company on Macys.
