My Packages seem to be opened and resealed

For the past few months a lot of my packages have been delivered to me seemingly opened and shoddily resealed. What is going on lately with these deliveries?!

Two broken in transit but overall nice

Good glasses, nice and sturdy but two of the tall ones were broken.

Not a real set

The glasses themselves are nice. They have a decent heft to them and I’m not afraid that they will break easily. They have a nice shape as well. However, this is not a true set. The glasses were individually wrapped in paper and then bubble wrap before being placed in a shipping box. I’m surprised none of them broke. I didn’t receive all 16 glasses either. I only received 13. When I called to get the remaining three, I had to essentially not answer for the ai to send me to an actually customer agent. When I spoke with them, I was told since this was part of a set, I couldn’t just receive the three missing glasses. Instead, they are reshipping the order and then I will need to return what I already received. Given that these are not a true set, but rather 16 glasses that are individually wrapped, I am not pleased at the extra work this gives me. Bottom line: this isn’t an actual set but individual glasses that are being packaged as a set. Make sure to count how many you receive.
