Didn't receive order

I would like to write a review, but I never received the set. It was stated that it was delivered on 11/04/23 by FedEx. So on 11/07/23 I called the Macy's 1(800)customer service number, and I spoke with a Mia and she connected me to a Moses. So Moses asked did I want to reorder and I said yes, I never received a email or anything as he stated that I would. So after I did not hear anything I decided to go to the Mall of Louisiana to talk to someone in the furniture department. On 11/17/23 I spoke with a Debra who called the Macy's customer service number and she spoke to Angela and she asked did I want to reorder or refund and I said a refund, and she stated that I would get a email which I never received and I know if I was refunded PayPal would also had let me know. So I'm hoping and praying that someone from the Macy's team can help me with this problem, because I'm so disappointed that this has happened. I have never had a problem from Macy's like this before ,so could someone please help. The order number is 2789242208 and the price of the purchase is $388.25 , so I'm hoping that this can be resolved soon. Because I like shopping with you'll, but I'm afraid after this happened.
