Terrible product

When I receive the item they sent the wrong color not only that the bottom piece which is supposed to be the pull out does not pop up. It just remains on the bottom of the floor and when I try to return it, the service department tells me it’s purchased through a third-party, which I would have to carry the piece to a USP service center and have it Returned back.

Good for a small space but not very comfortable
