Artistic, unusual, and SOLAR!

This Skagen solar watch is cute, artistic, and fun. Once you get used to the unusual dial, it is easy to tell the time. It reminds me of Swatch-style watches, and I like that it is made of metal, though I wish the face were glossy rather than matte. I like its feminine slim size. The clasp holds fine, but I wish it had more of a solid "snap" to it. I would recommend this watch for everyday use. Solar is the way to go because you don't have to purchase watch batteries any longer!

Excellent Gift

Purchased as a birthday gift for my 19-year-old daughter. She's very "fashion conscious" so I knew I was taking a risk. She loved it and has already gotten compliments from her friends. It looks very sharp and is flattering on her wrist. She can dress it up or down, goes with anything, day or night, She likes the solar-power feature (maintenance free). The engraving made the gift extra special. Arrived very fast, in perfect condition. The one small disappointment is that the inner box (the presentation box), is a little chintzy. Not bad but not up to the quality of the watch. Includes a price tag on the watch, which is easy to remove for gifting.
