Have had them for a few years and a few pieces have the finish worn in a few places. My daughter has scrubbed there a few times. If you don’t treat them rough they are fine. The dishwasher has not affected the finish at all. I love the look and feel of them. Buying a few more place settings to replace the few that are marred.

The flatware is beautiful and only hand washed, unfortunately even under the most delicate care of hand washing the black finish chips. Not worth the investment!

My husband and I received these from our wedding registry and we love them. We use these as our daily flatware and have for 6 months now. We machine wash them and use them as we would every other utensil. They are still perfect and they still look as good as day 1.

Not black at all. Had to return this item because it looked horrible. I order black and it I was not black at all.

Our daughter really likes the setting and its beautiful. One year later and shows no signs of wear.

Purchased these to accent new dinnerware we purchased. Should have stuck with good old stainless. As the previous reviewer stated, finish began to degrade after first wash. Terrible product I regret purchasing. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

After one wash these started losing color and rusting. Money better spent elsewhere.
