The item it's self was correct but like anything else when your ordering for a child you never know just how they are going to fit they fit my daughter but did nit feel comfortable so we were going to try a bigger size when I called the number on my receipt to do an exchange the lady that I happend to get was extremely rude and told me it was my problem that was ehat I had ordered witch I am aware of she then told me I could just take them back to a store and get a different size in witch there is not one around me so I asked for her manager where I sar for another 45 min on hold before I got tired of waiting for a manger and hung up I will never order from Macy's again not with rude customer service like this.
