Wouldn't buy these again

The lights on the sides don't work, my daughter was sad because she was telling people that she has light up shoes coming and when she got them they don't work.

Lights are not working!

The shoes look great, and I actually bought two pairs for my kids who live abroad. Unfortunately, the lights on my daughter's shoes are not working. We tried pressing the buttons several times, but there is no light at all-both shoes remain completely dark. Could you please advise what can be done about this?

You should see a light blink on the shoes when the On/Off Button is turned on. Sometimes you have to put a finger behind the button when you press it. Test the lights by tapping each shoe heel first against a solid object.

Bought them for the 4 year old. She opened them up and loved them except the right shoe didn't light up......do they not check these before they ship them??? Will probablyorder again and hope they both work...
