Disappointed in shipping

Always happy with the product, but the shipping is less than an A+ rating. Product was not shipped to the right state, and there was zero communication of the issue. Just had to continue to wait and hope it made it back across the country to the state I live in. Showed up a week past original delivery date. This was a gift for an elderly resident of mine at work, and he does love the shoes.

I would buy this product again.

I love these shoes for cool weather house shoes, and they are very practical for light chores and trips outside. They fit me better than any other wide shoes I've ever owned.
