Wonderfully comfortable shoes

I had a similar pair of these Skechers that I really liked but this pair with arch support is even better. They fit great and feel wonderful. I walk a lot for exercise and love the way these feel!

Disappointed

I only received half my order. When I called Macys, explained my situation to automated customer service, after one month I finally received my 2nd pair of shoes. This pair was missing the end of the shoe lace so I had to put tape on it so I could lace the shoe. They also looked as it it had been worn before. Very disappointing! Macys is better than that! Right??
