Not the warmest…

These boots look great and I love that they’re slip in. The only problem I have is that the bottom of my feet were cold. I bought a pair of inserts to build up the space between my feet and the snow. Problem solved.

Very happy customer

I’m a skeptic about buying anything online but I really needed boots this year. I almost ordered from Sketchers but found a much better price at Macy’s. They arrived in good time and fit perfectly and are comfortable even after wearing for a few hours.

Missing insole, runs on the small and narrow side.

Runs a little small, and definitely not for wide feet. They still fit but definitely would of went up a half size if possible, but there is no 10.5 in this style. 11 would have been too big. Reason for 3 stars is because one of my boots was completely missing an insole. Instead of going through the hassle of exchanging an online purchase, i just bought some insoles for them. Was very disappointed to receive them though and see the factory just completely missed putting an insole in.
