super cute, run big especially in the heel

these are super cute and would be perfect for NE as an alternative to delicate uggs except that they don’t fit, I buy 10 for the right length but my heel comes up when I walk and they are wide, there is no 9.5 so I will have to see what alternatives there are. it says relaxed fit so maybe it’s that? anyway will try with heavy socks and if it doesn’t help they’re going back

poor fit and quality.

Doesn't fit well, and too stiff. There are no half sizes, i usually wear Sketchers 9.5, so I ordered 10. It's too loose and keeps sliding. I also didn't like the material, feels and looks stiff. returned
