Tough stuff

The Skyway bags are strong and can withstand abusive airline use. I wanted the four wheeled bag this time around. I have purchased Skyways bags in years past and they are quality construction

Shoddy workmanship

First use of my 20” softside spinner wheel case and the netting in the compartment wasn’t caught in the stitching. HATE spending good money on a product that I have to try to fix!

This not recommend for international travelers.

One International travel, the handle of my skyway sigma 25” broken into pieces as it was not sturdy enough.

Winner !

After much research and debate I decided on the medium True Red Sigma softside.I needed to replace my work travel bag. This bag is excellent !!! I love the features and the wheels seem to be good quality.

Unhappy with customer service.

This suitcase is so BIG! I will not be able to manage this thru the airport. And now I am not able to return because I am one day over the 30 day return policy. I have appealed this online and over the phone, but no one is able to help me. I do not understand Macys making such a strict policy with no exceptions and no help in sight.

Very happy with my new luggage.

Although we have not used the luggage yet. It appears to be very well constructed. The burgundy color was back in stock. It will make it easier to locate my luggage from all the other black luggage.
