Pretty fabric, too tight in the middle

The fabric is very pretty and elegant looking. The middle sash section runs small and is very tight. I wear a size 8 or 10 and could barely get the 10 zipped up over the sash section, though it fit well everywhere else.

Versatile Dress

I just received my order and like a previous review, the background color is darker than it appears. More of a smokey grey with a maroon/deep purple shimmery thread. Also like a previous review, hides parts well (flutter sleeves for upper arms and gathered waist helps with cinching). You can wear your everyday bra with this dress and the straps do not show. I'm 5'3", 150lbs. and I ordered a 10P.

Color darker than it appears

Very nice dress but color is darker than it appears in the image. I am 5'5" and bought petite so I wouldn't have to wear heels. Perfect length for that. Camouflages extra weight well. Not sure if I can keep it though because of the color

Soooooooo long!

The dress overall is pretty! But it seems like it’s designed for tall women ! This is not a petite!

Perfect fit

I’m 5’3 and 125 lbs. The 8P fits me perfectly. The length is just right for a 2” heel. I’m 70 years old. I’m planning to wear this to a September wedding. I feel the fabric and color is just right for a Fall wedding.

NOT PETITE LENGTH.

Sorry, but the dress isnt petite. I ordered a 12 petite, Im 4'11...its a lot of material and it will drag on the ground. Anyone over 5 ft, think the dress would be a perfect length, taller would be tea length.

Unreslistic

I bought it in a petite because otherwise I would have had to get it hemmed. The problem with Macys (and other catalog retailers, is the model they use is very thin and 5' 10". Unrealistic.
