Okay

It was comfortable to sleep on for a few weeks but turned out to be too soft for my husband. I am okay with it but will need to by a firmer mattress soon.

Perfect Firm Mattress

I was a bit skeptical at first before purchase, but I'm extremely thrilled I bought this mattress now. This mattress truly is firm, expanded to full size in a little over 24 hours, no yucky smell, and well packaged with a very fast shipping time frame. Guests will love it and I love the overall feel and design of the mattress itself, allowing for peak comfort. Would buy this brand again and again with no hesitation.....

Great feel but not 10 inches

Feel of the mattress is great but it never expanded to 10", it's at best 9". For an item that is a huge hassle to return, I'm very disappointed at the false advertising. I will be contacting Macy's to see my options.

What am I missing here?

Per the excellent reviews I took a chance and ordered this mattress and I can say I've never been more shocked at how weird and uncomfortable this thing is. So what am I missing here? The reviews made me comfortable enough to order a mattress by mail, so now I ask again... how could so many people give this thing 5 stars when the mattress is actually a joke? Also, this mattress did not do the same thing as it did in the video. I'm a little more than confused by this.

Wow!!! Amazingly comfortable.

I bought two of these mattresses, size full for my kids rooms. I was sceptical about receiving mattress rolled up in a box thinking it would be poor quality. To my surprises mattresses are good quality and exceptionally comfortable. I made my decision to purchase this mattress based on two factors, great sale price and excellent customer reviews. I highly recommend this mattress. Absolutely worth every penny.
