Not a Firm Mattress At All

NOT firm. I just unrolled this after a year of it being in storage (COVID-related home repair issues) and I'm SO disappointed. the mattress immediately smashed down; almost no resistance. It's laughable to call this firm.

Great price. Great mattress.

We went from a 12" mattress with a 4" pillowtop to a 10" mattress so its hard to get used to how low the bed is. I am surprised that this mattress is as comfortable as it is. We were a little skeptical about a mattress in a box but overall we are pleased with this purchase and for the low price we paid it is definitely a great deal.

Painful after few days

The first day I felt like it's good mattress but it didn't feel like a firm one , we always look for a firm mattress. But this one definitely no firm. After few days I slept on it , my lower back so painful, can't sleep in the midnight. So waste my money.

Very happy customer!!

All I can say is is that I am very happy with this purchase! The mattress is very comfortable, very solid, and I got it for a great sale price. My only suggestion is that it should be rolled up so that you do not have to flip it over once it is released from the plastic.

Pleasantly Surprised

We were looking to replace a MUCH more expensive king size mattress for one of our guest rooms that was ruined and honestly because it was just for a guest room I was looking for the cheapest option possible when I stumbled upon this on sale. After reading the reviews we went ahead and made the purchase and was pleasantly surprised. It came fairly quickly, but no joke this thing is HEAVY. We followed all the directions and let it sit for a few days and because it isn't our main bed it really had time to expand without being disturbed. I will agree with some of the other reviews though in that it did not expand to the full 10" and there are also a few uneven lumps throughout the pillow top but it does seem to be very comfortable. I did not however experience the chemical smell some have mentioned and I can smell EVERYTHING. The bonus was that we also found a king size box spring on sale at Macy's so in total we spent less than $1000 on everything. Overall pretty happy with everything!

Nice!

This mattress is great! My husband was skeptical but we got a great deal on it. Firmness wise- it’s in the middle more leaning toward firm in our opinion. I’d prefer the bed a little more soft and my husband would prefer the bed a little more firm for his back. It’s a great compromise. I love that when he comes home from working all night the whole bed doesn’t move and wake me up. It has coils and a soft “pillow top”. The coils don’t dig into you either.
