I want my 15 year old mattress back

Since my husband was having a knee replacement I thought it would be a good time to buy a new mattress. Honestly this is so uncomfortable, it sinks from sides to center of bed and we are forced to sleep that way till he has recovered, I will not order online again. A week after we had purchased it we heard a spring come loose during the night. Maybe I just happened to get the one that was damaged but what a waste of effort to try and return, they sent me a second one and I did not even order it, Was able to get that one picked up as it was in original box now I am stuck with getting rid of one.

Best Mattress Ever!

I received my mattress on Monday, September 10th. I thought that it would have taken me a while to get used the mattress. This picture does not do any justice! On the first night I slept like baby. The mattress is firm and yet the cushion makes it very comfortable where you do not feel that hardness on firm mattress. Also I purchased the Sleep Trends adjustable bed frame to go along with the mattress. Every night I look forward to getting in my bed! Best purchase ever!

Excellent

We were skeptical about a mattress in a box but it is so much better and heavy duty compared to our mattress that didn't come in a box! It inflates quickly once you unwrap the plastic and it is firm and comfortable. It was heavy and tough to get up the stairs but worth it!

First time buyer of a hybrid mattress

This was a pre-surgical comfort transition to an adjustable bed. The package was opened and vacuum seal broken and it proofed like a perfect loaf of homemade bread. It's just as ordered, firm yet fits well on the adjustable base. Like a 180 degree change, a complete turn around in comfort. This was an EXCELLENT choice for two bad backs. Love it !!!!!!

There was only one review at the time that I decided to purchase this mattress. I based my purchase off of that review. When I received the mattress, it came in a box that weighed about 100 pounds. But, after I opened it, I was amazed as to how fast it took shape. I decided to try it out, fearing that it wouldn't be comfortable enough. I'm so glad that I purchased this mattress, and it meet all my expectations.
