Fiberglass

Warning don’t buy this mattress it leaks fiberglass all over the bottom of the mattress on to the floor I looked at the label and it doesn’t even let you know about the fiberglass now I have to buy a new bed and bed frame because of the fiberglass leaking everywhere

Nice cooling effect

This is a good mattress if you like firm. It has cooling memory form so I love that. The cooling effect keeps you cool at night. And the memory form conforms to your body to provide support.

Very comfortable

I bought this for my daughter. She has had it for 6 months and I came to visit and slept on it. I LOVE IT. So comfortable. I paid 3 grand for my mattress at home and I like this better. No dents after 6 months of use.

Odor. Unable to use yet even after 2 weeks.

Have not used the mattress. Was informed there would be an odor which would clear up in a few days if mattress is left in a well ventilated room. It's been two weeks since I received the mattress. The odor has dissipated, but still too unpleasant.

comfy sleeper

I was very nervous about the purchase of a new mattress that I was not able to test. needless to say I am coming from an older mattress that was purchased @ Macy's some years ago. So I truly stand by the 10yr or better for there mattress. So I reached out to the customer service rep, she asked a few questions about my sleeping habits. and this was her recommendation . It took about to two days as the video stated about the bed expanding . I am very satisfied with my new mattress ! Thank you MAcy's for standing by your customer service!!!!

Be Cautious!

The mattress is an inch broader than the standard twin bed frame 38". Most likely it can pushed through and am hopeful the costumer service from the manufacturer will be more helpful and provide additional guidance.
