Purchased this mattress in 2020, and noticed recently that it has fiberglass spilling from it despite never opening the covering. So disappointed had to throw out so much stuff in my bedroom because of this, this has been a nightmare.

I previously had this over the top, California King, heavily carved wooden 4 poster bed frame. It was taking over my whole room and was very dated. I wanted to go in the opposite direction and get something without a headboard and all of that. I can not BELIEVE how much less room my bed takes up from my room just by changing out the frame!!! My headboard no longer blocks the window so it's brighter, the bed is higher, it's more open....I love it! Also, literally out of the box you just open it and unfold it. It couldn't be easier. I had been putting off getting a new bed frame because I thought it would be so expensive but this was crazy cheap and has drastically improved our bedroom in so many ways. I highly highly recommend this frame! The ONLY thing that annoyed me was that I had to pay a fee for ...something about mattress removal or something that didn't apply to me. I was ONLY buying the frame, not a mattress or box spring. No help from customer service. =(

Best mattress I ever had. 100% recommended. And the price is right!!
Never went up!
I bought this mattress expecting the best, but once open never was fulfilled. The head was like 8 inches and the feet like 6 inches and the center was like 10 inches on a side and 12 the other. Was a horrible experience, I strongly not recommend this mattress. Then I called customer service and they me to deal with the vendor who is a third part which I refused to do

Great Customer service!
The mattress never fully inflated after waiting 10 days. The head of the bed was 6 inches, the foot of the bed was 8 inches and the middle managed to inflate to 11 inches. We did everything we needed to let the mattress inflate. I should have called customer service sooner about the bed. They were very helpful and let me know that I would be refunded for the mattress. I only wish the best for everyone who purchases this mattress.

Highly recommend
I love this mattress. First time to buy a mattress in a box and it is wonderful. Very easy on my joints. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price!
Terrible mattress
This mattress does not offer cooling and for someone with back problems i would not suggest buying this mattress first couple months were ok but can feel it sagging get never get a good nights sleep on this bed you get what you pay for

Great purchase
Great mattress. I was surprised that a mattress in a box could be this great. Bought for my son. I slept on it 3x’s and was jealous and proud he was sleeping on such luxury
