Not comfortable or plush.
Do not buy, this is not plush. It hurts to sleep on it. I have tried for three nights and have never woke up with such pain. My husband feels the same. It is hard and does not conform to your body. My back hurts, my shoulders hurt and my hips both hurt from trying to find a comfortable spot. I am returning.

Comfy mattress
I read all of the mixed reviews regarding this mattress before I purchased it. I will say, I do not regret buying the mattress. The mattress is soft yet firm and comfortable. Initially when I thought of the foam, I thought I would just continuously sink into the bed when I laid in it. But, that's not the case at all for this mattress. The mattress does form to the curves of your body which is really nice yet it is firm enough to support the body. I've had the best sleep that I've had in months laying on this mattress. The mattress arrived in a very large box and it took two people to carry it because of its size weight and shape. It only took about eight hours max to reach its advertised size. The only complaint I do you have about the mattress is the strong chemical smell that comes from it after you open it. But I have combated that smell with a plug-in wallflower so now I don't smell it anymore. I am satisfied with my purchase, and I would purchase this mattress again.

Cheap and very bad, dont buy please...I dont wanna buy again matress and furniture from Macys....Customer service doesnt work, this is trash...I wanna my money...

Great Price. Comfortable
Having never made an online purchase for a mattress before, I was a little skeptical about it being either too soft or too hard. But it is right. And the top stays cool and provides a good night's sleep.

I was happy for 2 months, until I plan to wash the mattress cover. When I opened up the mattress cover, I will see a fire retardant fabric with fiber glass glittering and poking out all over. This makes me worries more than ever, and the return policy is over after 30 days. I am doomed. But at least I realized the problem before fiber glass flying all in the house. This is the most upsetting product I bought.

I love everything about this mattress except the smell. It has such a strong “chemical” odor. I called Macy’s to process a return...thinking about ordering another one; maybe I got a bad one? Does anyone know how to get rid of it??? It’s been a month. I’ve aired it out (no sheets, door closed, window wide open, fan) multiple times with no luck. It’s so comfortable and you can’t beat the price. Unfortunately the smell is just too much for me...and my toddler who sleeps on it.
