I never write reviews, but this experience has prompted me to do so. This bed frame is AWFUL. It is horribly made and incredibly un-sturdy. The frame began to squeak and wiggle with any movement, and soon the metal parts of the frame completely snapped. The legs were on the verge of snapping too. I had it for about a year (squeaking and rocking occurred after only a few months), and Macy's will not provide any sort of refund because it is through a different vendor and over 12 months from my purchase. I understand this is a fairly cheap frame, but it shouldn't break after one year of use-- couple hundred dollars right down the drain. I am very displeased with Macy's customer service and inability to help. There weren't any reviews when I bought it, and now it only has bad reviews. If the product is bad, DO NOT SELL IT. This is a terribly built frame and is not worth anyone's money.

This product is trash!!!
The platform bed only lasted 5 months before the metal support legs and metal framed completely collapsed. Stay away!!!!

Bad Quaiity
Very bad quality. In only 3 months the steel bar in the center broke. Vendor does not want to do a refund.
