God himself invented bidets to wash away our sins

Lifechanging, best purchase I've ever made, no one should live without a bidet. There should be an intercontinental government program providing bidets for all humans on Earth.

Very pleased!

Super simple to set up! We actually returned different brand be use it was very confusing. This was very easy anyone can do it! Heated seat is fabulous on winter days. Spray options are nice. Hot water is HOT! Highly recommend.

Smart Bidet 1000

I year ago, and am so happy I got this product. Everyone should have one. I've had no problems with it except for the top lid. For what ever reason the part to the back right broke and it no longer slow closes and clicks when opening and closing. I see that the plastic part is not very strong and began to break in 2 places. This part could be stronger.

I still like the product

Overall, this brand's products are quite good. Over the past eight years, I’ve purchased two products of different designs. I don’t like the noise from blow dryers, so I appreciate that this brand offers products with only heating pads and rinse functions, without the blow-drying feature. However, during use, I noticed some minor issues, mainly related to water leakage. Both products started to experience this problem after about two years of use. I believe the company could do more to prevent leakage. Even with this issue, I still like the product, but I hope the company can provide more support for leakage repairs.
