What is going on

Received this one broken! First agent told me via chat to throw it and he/she will process a refund. Then few weeks later I received an email that I have to return it or I will be charged. Contacted cust support and told them what happened. They were asking me to return it but I told them what the previous agent said. Long story short she told me not to worry about it after contacting her supervisor and will not be charged. Then I got another email the other day that this item is still not returned and I will be charged. Like? Is it really resolved?! Whats going on?

So cute and compact. Colors do well with my aging eyes... have always liked and used smashbox eye shadows.

Cute travel product

This was such a cute little travel palette. It’s definitely small, but has a nice little mix of colors to pull a few looks together. Good to grab for travel.

I’ll definitely be keeping on in my make up bag!

I received this as a free product from Influenster and I’m so happy I did. The packaging is pretty and compact which I really like. It has a very faint smell that I don’t mind and the colors are beautiful and blend very well on my skin. The pigment is pigmenting for sure.
