Great Product!

I have used this product probably for over a year now. It tastes really good, and has never given me any discomfort. I have tried some probiotics that have given me the worst gas pains so I'm happy this one does not bother me. The only thing I will say, which there are so many factors involved, is that I don't have a bowel movement every day. Before I started taking a probiotic actively 7 to 8 years ago trying different probiotics I felt like I was struggling with IBS, even though I eat much cleaner now than back then. However, I currently struggle with the opposite instead, constipation. Maybe I should maybe take one each day instead of two, or it just comes with getting older. Not being in my 20s anymore, slower metabolism, etc.

So far so good with SM Nutrition

I have been using for around a year now. It works for me. I was using Mary Ruth before. It was expensive. SM Nutrition has a reasonable price. Works well for my budget. So far no issues using the product. Taste is really good. Gut health is good so far.
