Take too long to issue refund

I already a soft walk and it was little bit so return that size and got the right size. But that seller received my return package it been 2 weeks but still didn’t not issue my refund. I have been waiting and still no progress even in system seller didn’t update that he received the package. But when I do check showing the package was delivered. This seller also takes long time shipping out order.

Too long for a refund

The shoe is cut small. I return the shoe and I am still waiting for my refund on day 11.

Didn’t fit

They were not comfortable. Rubbed by heel and let were too wide and short. Just didn’t fit my foot.
