EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED

bad quality

I received this item - it’s a tiny box with earring post all bent. String on the necklace was coming off . Wish I could post a picture to shows how horrible quality this item is . Not sure why Macys allows these bad seller on their website . This should be given minus for quality.
