The pillow is definitely soft but offers NO support at all. It does make a great body/back pillow but for the head/neck - nothing - the fluff just moves to the side. I do love how the cover is removable and it has great fluff for display but for sleeping it is disappointing.

Pillow is great because I sleep on two of them and essentially no more neck and headaches. My first one I bought, the filling kind of went to left or right ends of pillow so I ordered new one. You are able fold pillow for your comfort.

These are super comfortable and the washable cover is great. Love that both cover and pillow can be washed. These are the best pillows we have owned! Great quality and fabric.

The material is a grey-striped, soft, thick fabric that seems to help prevent the pillow from getting warm. It also adds an extra layer of comfort to the pillow (thanks to being thick and soft), and I like using it without an additional pillow case (so I am glad that it is washable). There is a zipper that opens the cover for access to the pillow. The pillow itself is solid with just enough squish-factor to be very comfortable, but doesn't go flat while sleeping on it. I am a side sleeper, and have found the pillow to meet my needs well. I have been using it during high summer temperatures, and though it doesn't feel cold, it has been great at not absorbing heat/ getting hot----which is common with most pillows, especially in the summer. It has made sleeping comfortable even in recent heat wave. I am very pleased with the quality and design, and appreciate the soft pillow cover that gives it another layer of comfort.

The pillow comes with its own cooling pillow case, which zips on and off for convient washing. The pillow does definitely feel cooler to sleep with compared to the pillow I was using prior to this one, but I would say that it still doesn't keep my head completely cool throughout the night. The pillow itself is super soft and comfortable. It seems to refluff itself after use which is great! I feel like it offers perfect support for someone like me who prefers a softer more flexible pillow.

I usually get very hot at night and when using this pillow I feel cooler and didn't wake up as much. It is just the right density for sleeping on both my back and side. I wake up refreshed.

I really appreciate the way they thought about the zipper for the removable cover , easy to take off and wash and easy enough to hide the zipper that when you’re laying on it it doesn’t hurt you. The packaging itself is super cute also. Great for tired moms. Or those who love to try new pillows for their pillow collections like me.
