Sony Bravia 77"

Excellent picture at 4K, picture is haizy at lower pixels, especially ads and promotions. the original factory setting were not good, It took a while to adjust picture colors quality and external speakers. Picture looks much better after a week viewing. In general an excellent product

Constant Turing off and resetting

The amount of times it turns off and resets is a bit much. Way too much money for this issue.

We understand how frustrating it must be to have your TV turning off and resetting unexpectedly. To help resolve this, we recommend trying the following steps: 1- Turn off Bravia Sync control: Using the Sony remote, you can go to Settings > Channels and inputs > External inputs > Bravia sync settings > Set the Bravia Sync control to off. 2- If you're using an external device, such as a cable box, consider using an CEC-less HDMI adapter to prevent reboots. 3- Turn off Samba interactive TV: You can do this by going back to Settings > System > Samba interactive TV 4- Make sure your TV's software is up to date with the latest firmware version. In settings go to System > About > System software update We hope these steps help get your TV working smoothly again. Difficulties

Sound and picture excellent, BUT... I need it to be simple to operate for a 90 year old. Fine if the TV starts in previous mode, but if it displays anything but the HDMI input, she's hosed. I need it to start WITHOUT giving me the latest offers! Second...I TRIED to download a manual from the Sony site, but it's borked. Trying to get it to show more to display my model is a no go, calling tech support outs me in a endless loop. This is a part of the user experience I am not enjoying.

I brought sony bravia 8 XR6580, Excelllt viewing expereince. I had intitially doubts about the sound but after purchase these was cleared. Very happy with my decision. Value for money

Bravia 8 Oled TV 65in

After horrendous customer service treatment and reoccurring fault with a rival OLED TV manufacturer I decided to pay a little more and buy this Sony model. From the initial start up it was obvious that the google operating system was far superior and also the picture quality in most streams is truely fantastic. I am completely over the moon with the picture and performance and would totally recommend if it is within budget.

After being disappointed with other brands I finally took the financial plunge and bought Sony and what a revelation. Works with everything straight away. Cable box, Alexa, sound bar and network storage. Worth every penny.

The Cinema in my living room

We had our old Sony TV for absolutely ages and decided to buy a new one. Always impressed by the picture quality of Sony we thought we would buy another. Checking out other makes in the store, the Sony Bravia 8 Oled just stood out completely having an amazingly, clear and lifelike picture. Even now, when we've been watching it for several weeks, we still comment on picture quality. We bought the 55 inch model. It connected easily to our surround sound system with just the optical jack. With Sony Bravia 8 and surround sound, it really is like having the cinema in our home.
