Great Ear Buds But........

Bought this to compare with my Bose UQ ear buds. Almost everything is comparable except for the Bluetooth connection. After I paired the WF-1000XM5 with my TV and phone, whenever I want to use the WF-1000XM5 with my phone and my TV is on, both devices connected to the Sony ear buds! I do not have such issue with the Bose. Also this product name is so confusing. I bought the ear buds yet it is always referred by Sony to be headphones. The headphone is WF-1000XM6 and the ear buds is WF-1000M5. Then there is also another headphone known as WF-1000XM5!!! SO CONFUSING!!!

Great sound, but comfort needs improvement

The earbuds don’t fit me well. Small tips reduce noise cancelling, but large tips are uncomfortable for long use. They also disconnect easily, even with the phone in my pocket. Overall, still very good and better than my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, except for comfort.

Great pair of in-ear sounds but not to comfortable

the memory foam tips are ok but prolonged use of more than 30 mins becomes uncomfortable especially on the holes of the ears.

Noise cancelling a disappointment.

Sound quality is good in the right environment. However the noise cancellation is poor. Out walking or going through a supermarket I can hear everything-people talking, the whir of refrigerators, road noise of cars. Changed the size of the pods and checked the settings, but no improvement. Sounds the same with NC off or on. Disappointed with them in general considering the price. Controls and software poor. Software doesn't provide info on device(such as charge level) unless out of the case which is nonsensical as chance of losing them increases. Have had controls on other ear pods make more sense. Requiring 4 plus touches to change volume is weird. My previous LG controls were better

Sudah lebih 1 bulan pemakaian. overall dari suaora ini matap karena ada automate suara nya, jadi bisa tergantung dari lagu nanti mungkin sony akan adjust volume nya supaya tidak terlalu keras. kalau size buds nya masih agak kurang nyaman karena masih gampang longgar. ANC nya oke karena masih belum terlalu kedap banget, namun oke secara kualitas ANC.
