Good sound quality, some design flaws
Wish I could give 2.5 stars. The sound quality and bass are very good and it has great battery life with incredible charge speed. However, the ear pads wore out and fell apart very quickly, much quicker than any of the other headphones I've had. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal if they weren't such a pain to replace. Compared to my previous headphones which were incredibly easy to replace the pads on, just stretch them over a lip, these are held in place by some kind of glue/adhesive as well as a plastic ring that snaps down and you have to take apart. Makes replacing them or just taking them off to clean incredibly inconvenient. The other big thing I didn't like about these ones compared to others I've had is that when used with Bluetooth they can only be in either noise cancelling or ambient sound mode, no neutral setting. The touch settings were convenient except the 'hold for voice command' setting, which constantly gets activated by accident and is incredibly annoying. I also really wish the volume touch command wouldn't play an annoying loud beep every time it was adjusted, interrupting any audio you have playing.

Battery stopped performing normally within a year of buying and there's no convenient way to get it fixed.

The noise cancelling is superb
I have owned these for about a year and a half now and these headphones are an excellent choice for a adamant music enjoyer such as myself i would recommend them

Broke within 6 months of normal use.
One side has fully stopped working within 6 months. I seldom used these headphones anyway but am disappointed with Sony’s build quality as of late. Microphones also introduce significant wind noise for “ambient sound” honestly these are pretty rubbish.

Good value for money, good quality.
Had these for almost two years still hold up well. Good quality sound with decent noise cancelling. Only issue I've had is the fabric on the ear muffs has worn exposing the foam. However this is likely due to constant daily use on my part.
