Came with parts missing in a dirty beat up box

Less than 0 stars. It came in a beat up and very dirty and old box with several essential to assembly metal parts missing. No return form enclosed. I'm returning this and the return is causing me a lot of hardship and inconvenience. Outrageous!!!!
