Vendor Problems

I ordered Two pairs of these espadrille wedges one in navy blue and the other one black. Both pair were in stock and were being shipped from a vendor. I received a blue pair not in navy as stated in the description and to date a week later I have not received the black pair and unable to track because no updated info has been provided the status is still showing “processing.” I called Macy’s Customer Service and was told I should receive the second pair of shoes by 5/13. This is the second time I have encountered problems with Macy’s vendors. Macys, you must do better because no one is being accountable. Needless to say, I will never order anything else from Macy’s that is being sold and shipped by a vendor. You don’t have many options when you can’t find anything in the stores and this is happening long before any tariffs.
