Shoe Size

The shoe is tight and uncomfortable. I tried without success to return it for a wider size: 8.5W, probably it would fit better. The sale was not final yet the return was refused.

Extremely Disappointed

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of the shoes I purchased for my sister on April 28, 2025. The shoes arrived in May, and my sister has worn them for only about a month—and not even every day. Despite such limited use, the shoes have already started to come apart and detach from all sides. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be new and of good quality. I trusted your brand and expected much better. Instead, I am left feeling extremely dissatisfied and let down by this experience.

This is my second pair! Although I wear a Narrow width normally the Soul Kemper fits with an insert.
