Dysfunctional

Our Sparkel machine arrived in a non-working state. The water does not empty from the tank into the device, so we will likely need a replacement since basic troubleshooting is insufficient.

Does not work

Pump is not working. No water goes into carbonation bin and so drink does not carbonate. Motor runs. Returning.

Don’t waste your money!

The machine made a terrible noise while working. The soda wasn’t good, it was quite flat. After 3 attempts it stopped working so I returned it. Terrible customer service- not able to speak to a human.

Do NOT PUTCHASE!

While the sparkling water produced by this appliance is excellent, my experience with its reliability has been frustrating. My first unit failed within 12 months, and though customer support eventually replaced it after I insisted, the replacement also stopped working in under a year. When I contacted support again, I was told I wasn’t eligible for another replacement and was offered only a 20% discount on a new unit. I purchased a new one at full price, but it didn’t work out of the box!! After returning it, I bought another, which failed after a single use. This pattern of poor quality and inadequate support makes it impossible to recommend this product, despite its performance when functioning. Unless the company significantly improves its quality control and service, this appliance is not worth the investment. It’s deeply disappointing that such a promising product is marred by recurring failures.
