Sperry navy blue slip on’s

I take a size 9. These shoes did not fit properly and the sides were loose and not fitted to the foot size or normal width. Very disappointed for the price and end quality of the brand and shoe.

Bad customer service

I had ordered the shoes in rose, but received the shoes in navy. When I went to the store to exchange it to the rose color that I ordered the associate told me that I should order online, and that the price was lower than what I had paid. However the price was much higher, and the rose color was not available. I don’t know why the associate deceived me! I think Macy’s should do better customer service!

Love these shoes so much this is my six pair. I have had multiple colors. But this is second pair of white slip on. I wish I could have the red in them again because those look so good. I always get compliments when I wear them.
