No go

Returned them. Very uncomfortable fit. Return process went smoothly. Replaced with a pair of slip-on Skechers.

Bad Experience

I ordered dark tan Sperry Billfish shoes online and received gray. I had to return them to a store because they wanted to charge me to return them by shipping them back (30 mile drive). In the store they figured out that something is configured wrong for this shoe and that if I ordered them again I’d get another gray pair. The customer service lady said “they look dark tan to me”. I was wearing an older dark tan pair and showed her the difference but she didn’t care. It actually said gray on the box. Wasted a bunch of my time and gas. No more Macy’s for me.
