Did not receive product as pictured

Macy's customer service is non-existent. Shame, but I guess they are finished as a retailer. Purchased this from website with distinct cursive script on dial, what I received was the newer block/non-cursive text. Tried to reach out to customer service, apparently they do not exist. Buyer beware.

It’s a stunner

When you first open the box, it’s the dial that steals the show, and rightfully so. the blue sunburst is beautiful, and the gold accents on the indices really pop as well. It has a solid beads of rice bracelet that feels substantial. The sapphire lens crystal is really nice. I would have preferred a screw down crown and a unidirectional bezel but that’s just nitpicky. Even as a 42mm case, it doesn’t feel like it wears that large. This watch can easily be worn on the beach or in the boardroom. Just love it!
