Wrong item received

I would love to review and give 5 stars but I was sent a totally different ornament. When I called and sent an email, I got no response at all. The phone call (from the Philippines) yielded zero because she did not understand what I was trying to say. I was sent a Kurt Adler Santa.....I was not and am still not happy. I have this shoe ornament for my other grandchildren (previous years) so I wanted to continue the theme. I didn't even return the wrong one. I just stuck it on the tree. Too much trouble and time to return.
