Very disappointed with AGIO Outdoor Chair

In July 2024, we wanted two of these from Macy's Furniture in Eatontown. They did not have any in stock and was not expecting any for a while. we decided to take two that were on display in the store. I December, we noticed that the paint on both chairs was peeling. I contacted Macy's customer who sent over an inspector to examine the chairs on December 31st. He said that I will hear from them in a few days. I did not hear from anyone, So I decided to call customer service. I was told that the inspector submitted a claim to have the chairs replaced. however the claim was denied by Macy's because the chairs were floor model and does not have any warranty. Now I am stuck with tow chairs with peeling paint. Also, Macy's dis not have the decency to notify of the outcome of the inspection. BUYERS BEWARE

Awesome

This is a high quality glider bench. Very comfortable too. We use it daily since we received it. It comes assembled which we also loved. It arrived on time. All we had to do put the cushions on and enjoy it. I can highly recommend this bench.
