Flat and Lumpy without a foam core.

The two pillows arrived rolled up in individual bags. When I took it out of the package it was flat. After shaking and trying to fluff, the pillow is full of lumps. I could not find any 'foam core'. Even after shaking and fluffing the pillow is a flat lumpy mess. I am returning them.
