Run large

Beautiful boot feels comfortable, unfortunately they run quite narrow & large. It’s a Chelsea style boot so it stretches sideways which is good for the narrowness. I wish this was mentioned before on a review. I will have to return them & I am sure I will not get the sale price again ! I would recommend a half or whole size down! I have like an extra inch and a half inch in front of my toes.

No shoes in the stores

I couldn't find the size I needed because the Deptford and Cherryhill stores carrie no inventory. I had to keep ordering and returning untill I got the right fit. To time consuming.

Purchased these from Macy’s years ago for my husband no issues. My teenage son wanted a pair and my my husband ordered them from Macy’s which just came in today. These shoes should’ve never been shipped out looking in this damaged.

Loved these boots in the store but they did not have my husband's size.So the lovely salesperson offered to have them shipped to my home before christmas. They arrived on time, but when I opened them, the soles were scuffed, and a little dirty, and I can tell they had been previously worn. Unfortunately, I had to still wrap them and give them to my husband for christmas. I will be returning them.
