State of Day Women's Shawl-Collar Robe

I'm sorry I can't give this beautiful robe, in navy blue (m), a five star, but there's a mysterious, heavier threaded loophole on the outer closure? I of course, called Macy's 800 number, and they didn't know. I then proceeded to contact the Macy's store directly (it had arrived with a packing slip indicating exactly which store it came from, who packed it and who to contact... now that was a first!!!). When contacting the store directly, maybe a shipping office, I did not get an answer, it being a Saturday afternoon... It's still a gorgeous robe. I'll try the store back on Monday, and see where it go's from there.
