Product arrived with silver coloured scratched on side of rectangle base. Very noticeable. Disappointed in lack of quality control at Zwilling.

Great for potlucks! Perfect size for casseroles, puddings, frittatas, quiches and sheet cakes. Nice and durable, the lid does an exceptional job keeping food warm, and makes transporting and serving simple.

Love using this to cook and transport foods for potlucks, and church dinners. Nice size, fits an entire lasagna, or sheet cake, and keeps foods fresh. Can be heated up to 575 degrees, and also freezer safe. The ceramic is strong enough to avoid thermal shock which occurs with extreme temperature change. Use this baker all the time, nice even browning and heating too.

I love to give this piece for a bridal or wedding gift. It goes from the freezer to the oven, up to 572F with no thermal shock problems. It is also microwave and dishwasher safe. The ceramic will not absorb moisture so you don't have to worry about staining. It heats and retains heat exceptionally.

Big enough for large family meal...or a boatload of sides..potatos or veggies. It's a tough ceramic piece..up to 560 degrees…and the newer matte finish looks good too

Contemporary & Traditional at Once.

A covered baker is a must have any kitchen but this one isn't your mother's casserole. The high quality ceramic with a very sleek matte black finish is a generation (or two) beyond what your mother and grandmother used. Deep enough for a lasagna or a 9x13 cake recipe, it will also do anything else you want to make - scalloped potatoes, shepherd's pie, baked mac, it all works so well in this dish. The density of the ceramic makes for very even cooking so I am always pleased with the results. It is also very easy to clean, sometimes it might require a little soak, but most of the time, dish soap and sponge will do the trick. I like the lid too. It fits well, something that doesn't always happen with ceramic pieces, and keeps food warm and critters (think flies at picnics) away. I use it a lot for cold dishes. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight and it will keep food cool the next day.
