Love Stearns & Foster mattresses. Have purchased 3 over the years. They are all great!

I have to say now that I have been using this mattress for a couple of weeks, "I really like it". Part of my positive experience is due to the age and quality of the mattress that this S & F mattress has replaced. This is a really comfortable and supportive mattress. It should be noted that everyone has their own ideas on what is comfortable. As for me this mattress is just about ideal in equal parts firmness of support to help with back problems and a soft top so as not to feel like you are sleeping on a board. I am satisfied with my purchase and actually wish I had made the decision sooner.

Was greatly disappointed in this mattress. I only had it for less than a month and it sinks in the middle. I sleep on the side/edge. Returning asap. First Stearns and Foster I ever purchased. Will not buy their products again.

Love it! Very comfortable! First time I purchased a Stearns & Foster Mattress. Always bought Sealy but they are having a delivery problem, so we went with Stearns & Foster. Delivery was fast!

Our previous mattress set was Stearns & Foster and lasted a long time. We bought what was to be the same model from Macy's but it lasted less than 2 years! It collapsed to the point where we are unable to sleep on it. After a long review process, we found that the company is not replacing it. Very disappointed as we thought there was a 10 year warranty! We are out a large investment and will be looking to replace with a different brand and at a store other than Macy's. Both companies let us down on this. Hopefully this will help others to prevent making the same mistake.

This is the worst mattress I have ever owned. I have had this brand before and it was awesome and lasted many many years. Laying on this at the store was a great experience, however I didn’t sleep on it. After giving it 3 weeks at home, I’m miserable. While I have slept just ok on it, the real problem is when you attempt to turn over or get out of bed. I feel like I’m sleeping in a hole that I have to climb up out of. I sometimes have to rock myself a few times to get enough inertia to get out of bed. I wake up with aching joints and very stiff, sore back. I have never experienced this before, even on much poorer quality mattresses. I thought it was just me, but after reading other reviews with same problem, I decided to write a review and return this mattress. I thought I was buying a supportive mattress with a luxury plush top for additional comfort. The first couple times I slept on it, not too bad, but every morning since has gotten worse.

This mattress is so soft it is like sleeping on a cloud. I have only had it one week so far so good. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I am hoping since it feels great now it does not begin to sag in a few years. My last mattress was hard and it never softened up so I am giving this a try.

I took my time picking out the mattress I wanted. I decided between 2 Stearns & Foster mattresses on the showroom floor. i was confident in my choice. I planned for the 14.5" size with new bracketts for the bed frame.mattress pad etc. When delivered, I measured my mattress with a new cover. it was 11". I thought I received the wrong item. i unzipped the protective cover and called cutomer service. An inspector came to my home 12 days later. I have the correct mattress. It puffed up to 12". I returned to the store to retest the mattress. the store mattress feels different and is about 13.5" tops. I prefer the store display which is made for display. the sales people are knowledgeable. He told me that the display model is made for display and is different from the mattresses . I am sleeping well on the mattress and I will keep it. i could not believe that 2.5" is missing. And delivered mattresses are different from the display!
