Swing tops are best

Love the white color of my swing top garbage can. It blends perfectly with my countertops, and seems to just blend into my kitchen. The top swings easily open and closed and I love that it keeps all the odors inside the garbage can

So useful

I am very pleased with the wastebasket. The lid fits nicely on the bottom and the swing top is also great. If I'm tossing something big, I quickly lift the top and replace it when the big item is in the basket. My only problem is finding bags that stretch over the basket. I have had trouble finding 13 gallon bags that stretch over the opening without leaving gaps. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Love the size

Great basket for kitchen. Only 1 item I wish different, is the flange of the top swing part was couple inches deeper. As your filling, and garbage gets closer to top, your swing top gets stuck easily and you must keep smooching down the garbage inside. Just seems if that lip was deeper, the swing top wouldn't so easily be hitting trash inside and needing constant attention.

Perfect for kids

My kids have trouble with the foot pedals and lift tops. This swing top garbage can is perfect for them to use and is a great height for them too. Plus the sturdy construction helps it to stand up to abuse when the kids knock it over!

Great wastebasket!

The base container of this wastebasket is very durable and well made but could use some built-in handles so pick-up is easier when the base is emptied out. The swinging top works but is very flimsy. Yes, the swing top does work but, I am not sure how long it will last with daily and multiple use.

Gets the Job Done

This swing top wastebasket is simple, but gets the job done. It's easy to use and the swing top works as intended. The 13 gallons is a decent size too for a kitchen trash can. I also like that it's black, since any spills or messes won't show up as clearly as on a white wastebasket.
