Pretty But Defective

I purchased this ring for my granddaughter and one of the stones fell out. Macys would not replace it and wanted me to send it out which would cost 100’s of times more than I paid. The ring, however is so dainty and pretty.

Heart silver ring

Disappointed, did not look like picture extremely thin. Could not see the engraved I love you. Also one of the stones is loose already. Price was fantastic but item quality poor.
