Tie set received was the wrong color

Double check needs to be put into place. I ordered a black tie set and received a blue Steve Harvey tie set to go with the black dress men’s shirt ordered and received. There was no time to return and receive the correct tie set originally ordered as it was to be for an out of town event, and received too, late. In fairness to Macy’s, the plastic bag label said black but the set was blue. Disappointing.

packaging

This tie set was nice, it did not come in a tie box as we had to put this gift in a bag for a Christmas gift. Some of the nicer ties has nice boxing but this Steve Harvey did not. Was a little disappointed in the packaging.
