Sheds like crazy

Ordered the black/white buffalo check, it’s a great size and warm/comfortable but it sheds like crazy even after washing/lint brushing. Hoping to find a way to stop it from shedding so I can continue wearing it.

A problematic knit that sheds badly!

Scarf had to be returned (bought 4). Did not see in person, ordered online for 4 friends. Am familiar with the brand and love the brand. The scarf was very thick as shown, however so much of the fuzzy blanket pile came off in my hands as large fuzzy pieces. The type of knit or the way it is woven, I fear that even after laundering it, this would be a forever issue. Can't imagine what a mess any pants or coat would be after wearing this even for a short time. It was all over my black yoga pants just opening the bag and looking at them. Sadly Steve Madden missed the mark on this one.
