Got this bag during the black friday sale, I love it !! Very cute and stylish, and versatile with the multiple strap options so you can dress it up or dress it down for the everyday. A bit small but I wanted a smaller bag after having so many bigger ones

strap issues

The strap is the main reason why I bought this vs the other similar ones I saw. I don’t understand why the strap is not the same with what’s in the picture. You have to stick to what you advertise. It’s a waste of time. Returning.
